【Film Extrusion】

Our factory has 180 sets of high-speed extruders which can extrude compostable film, polythene, polypropylene and Co-extruded films. Skilled technicians strictly control the process according to the specifications and properties of the film: strength, machinability and heat sealability.

【Printing】

JINGUAN has 90 sets of printing lines which are equipped with advanced gravure and satellite flexo presses that can print up to 8 colors. The printing registration is optimized with a computerized machine, and can print photographic effects with excellent accuracy. This enables us to match your logo and design requirements quickly and accurately.
【Cutting and sealing】 

      We have about 250 sets of different converting machines which can make different kinds of bags. Our investment in technology and machines enables us to offer good quality plastic bags and film options. Sizes vary and range from standard to large.
